We had quite an adventure finding our first home. We got our first preapproval two years ago, went under contract for the first time 9 months ago, and then had a realtor never reach out to us again after a home contract fell through. This left us a little unsure of our plans, but when it was time to find another realtor, we decided to meet with Tony because he was local. When we had our first sit-down meeting with Tony, we were going to school and working, and he had to fit himself around our schedules in order to meet with us. Tony showed up prepared with some ideas of his own and went home with some of our own ideas as well. This pretty much set the tone for our showings. We had last minute 7:00PM showings, we had planned showings that had to be cancelled, and at one point we had a day off of work and Tony was scheduled to be showing us 10 houses in one day. He was accommodating, flexible, and pleasant to work with. He never pushed us to offer on a home that wasn’t exactly what we wanted, and when we tried to talk ourselves into offering on something that didn’t fit the standards we had laid out for him, he was there to remind us of what we wanted in a home. Here we are, just three months after that first sit-down with Tony, sitting in our perfect first home and writing this review! It was amazing to work with him – he made us feel supported, excited, and like he cared for our happiness and not just our business. Thank you, Tony!! Two months in and it’s still surreal. Just now getting a chance to sit and reflect over the last 10 months. We decided to start looking at purchasing a home in January of this year. Our first weekend going to open houses, totally lost as to what we were doing, we met Tony Paolo. Tony jumped right in and started searching for exactly what we were looking for, he was patient and just as picky as we were when searching for the perfect HOME for our family. I considered carefully whom I wanted to work with before I purchased a home. It's a lot of money and it's where I want to raise my family. I needed someone I knew I could trust, who would be honest with me and someone who have my best interest at hand. Without a doubt Tony Paolo was the realtor for me. He's one of those people you know is good at his job the moment you meet him. He exudes a 'realness' or down to earth quality that ensures your future is in good hands. You know immediately you're not going to be pressured or persuaded, but rather, listened to and accommodated. In time he would come to prove that our initial impression of him as true and then some.
Throughout our home buying process we encountered a number of hurdles when locking down the place we wanted to call home. These bumps in the road were smoothed by Tony's ability to simplify the problem and solve it. It was obvious his good nature and excellent reputation went a long ways in working with other realtors and title companies. Anyone you come across with certainly tell you Tony is hard working and efficient at what he does.
One of the things about Tony I appreciated the most was that he was always available. Any day of the week if I had a question I could text him and expect a response immediately or if my question had a follow up, it was taken care of in no time. It's sounds simple enough but being available is a very valuable quality as well as having the ability to execute or solve a problem.
Overall, my experience with Tony was more than satisfactory. It was even pleasant. He's like one of those restaurants that you feel only you know about and jump at the chance to tell everyone the moment they mention food because it's just THAT GOOD. I would recommend him to anybody of any age or any stage in life and feel comfortable knowing that my recommendation is going back up what I say about him. His service, accessibility, knowledge and friendliness is unmatched and definitely unquestioned.

From the beginning I was actually using a different realtor. I felt that they weren’t working for me or really helping me make my first home buying experience what I wanted. After a while and a few recommendations I decided to switch. After the first meeting and viewing of a house with Tony I could tell I made the right choice.
Tony was beyond what I expected from a realtor. Very friendly and informative. The whole process took a lot longer than I expected and I was being a bit picky but he stuck with me, being patient and not pushing to settle for something I didn’t want. Any question I had he either had an answer or made sure to go find the answer for me. He worked very well with all of the inspectors and my lenders which made everything extremely easy for me. He did everything he could to make sure as a buyer I was taken care of and that I was getting a good and fair deal, along with making sure I understood everything.
When the time comes for me to sell and/or buy another house I will be using Tony again, and I will always recommend him to anyone. 10/10 made my experience better.
